First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at San Miguel.
HR Assistant
The interview process was straightforward. The interviewer was very polite and professional. They asked relevant, competency-based questions. I received immediate feedback and was informed about the next steps right after the interview.
- What makes you want to work for our company?
QA Engineer
After I submitted my resume and filled out some extra stuff for the application, I had my first interview. Then, later that same day, I had the hiring manager interview and a technical interview.
- Can you share details about your previous work experiences?
- Tell me about a difficult situation you encountered in a past role and how you managed it.
Finance Analyst
The second interview was face-to-face with the hiring manager, following an initial phone call. The manager was really thorough about my work experience, checking closely if it fit the job opening. The interview took about forty-five minutes.
- How do you handle situations where a colleague is late in providing necessary information for your report?
Customer Service Representative
If you came from a job fair, you'd line up and give them your resume, and they'd say they'd message you. I got their message about a week later, I think, because I remember applying last week and getting the message today. They messaged me for an initial interview, but I had to clarify because the recruiter told me to go to Purefoods when I got their message. However, my text only said the venue was TRAINING ROOM A and the company was SMILSI, so I had to clarify and confirm if it was really there. As of now, that's all I can share.
- Can you describe your experience in your prior role?
