There were a series of interviews that a successful candidate must go through: First was an HR interview, a regular interview about past work experiences, skills, etc. Then a panel interview with the Department Manager, Supervisor and HR, where they assessed technical skills, what you know, and what you do on your previous job. Lastly, an interview with the Head focusing on technical skills and personal values.

I took some exams in the morning, then had an interview with HR in the afternoon where we mostly got to know each other. They called me for a panel interview on another day. They told me the management decision after 2 days. The decision to hire me wasn't long, but waiting for the go signal to start work took 2 months.

Behavioral Technical

It's been a long process. It's been 3 months since I passed the board exam and I'm still unemployed. I had four interviews around the same time three weeks ago, and I really thought I'd have a job by the end of July. But, no one has called back for a final interview or offered me a position. I'm not sure if they're still processing my application or if I've been rejected outright.
