Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview was very straightforward and extremely comfortable/welcoming. I first sat down with one of the Managers to discuss my experience, knowledge about the company, and myself. Then, we continued with the interview where I was asked to dress mannequins, make a chalkboard, and take flat lay shots, all of which are required for the position. The entire process lasted about 1 to 1.5 hours.

I had an in-person interview with the store manager that lasted about 30-45 minutes. If they liked me, I would get a call from the district manager to set up a second interview. I got a call a few days later and received a job offer. The first two weeks of training pay minimum wage. While the experience gained is valuable, the pay isn't worth all the responsibility.
