It was very good and productive. At first, I thought I wouldn't get the job because of the questions, but it got easier and I got it. The professional who interviewed me was very experienced, it was really good.

Behavioral Other

It was a 5-person panel interview. They used a set script and each person took turns asking questions. Some were useful, but many felt unhelpful because they repeated questions or answers. The questioning was intense. The interview took place in a small room with an oval table. I was at one end, and the five interviewers sat at the far end. The very last question was, 'So now, tell us about yourself,' after I had already been talking for over an hour. It felt like the interviewers were just going through the motions for SJS and it wasn't really about me or my experience. I had a feeling they had already picked someone.

Other

The process took a long time to get going. After interviewing and waiting, it took a couple of months to finalize the background check and start working. I guess some places just take a while to get new hires started.
