You get a call to set up a meeting with your supervisor. They'll email you an application to fill out with basic info, work experience, and references. When you get there, you give your name and wait. One person looks over your application while another person interviews you for the position.

We'll review applications, and if you're a good fit, we might ask you to do a performance or oral assessment to see how experienced, knowledgeable, skilled, and able you are.
