Behavioral Technical

The process is very long, with many filters, and HR is disorganized. Many of them already know candidates from private universities and favor their friends, which shows clear bias. They only notify you if you passed the same day of the interview, and they don't provide any feedback. Also, they almost always choose candidates from private universities, especially from ULima and PUCP, even if you have a superior CV to those graduates. This shows clear discrimination towards national universities, even if you might be much more talented.
