The interview was done using a video-recorded site. I had to answer 9 questions. For each question, there was a set amount of time to read it and then record my video response. The total time for each question included the time I had to record my answer. I was able to re-record my answer for some questions, but not for others.

The interview process is quite thorough and has more steps and assessments than most jobs. But as I've gone through it, I can see why; it really helps the district filter out candidates who wouldn't do well in the role. The high level of skills and functions needed to get through this application process makes me feel confident that if I get hired, my future colleagues will be competent and well-vetted.

I sent in my resume and application through the District site. Got an email from HR to schedule an interview. The interview was a week later. It was a panel interview where they asked each candidate 13 questions. The interview lasted 40 minutes. About two weeks after, I got a rejection letter in the mail. My guess is they already had someone in mind.
