It was a super friendly and people-oriented interview process. There were several steps, and I talked with different groups of people. It started with a phone call, then a zoom call, and finally an in-person interview where I got to tour some of the facilities at the main office.

I went in and talked to 2 very nice women. They asked me questions that were on a paper one of the women said these questions we ask everyone it is company policy. They told me that they would call me back for sure on that coming sat to set up a work interview. That call never took place I called back many times and got they are in a meeding. So they make you believe at the interview you get a 2nd one coming back don't count on that one. I left believing she was going to call.

I spoke with the Director, who was informative and direct. The interview went for over an hour, and I felt like we covered everything needed in that time. The society has a lot of employees who've been there a long time and they have great benefits. If someone is looking to help animals directly, I think this would be a fantastic place to work. Everyone seemed really passionate about what they do.
