The process was quite unprofessional. I interacted with three different recruiters, which led to confusion due to conflicting information. I spoke with a recruiter, voiced my concerns about the position, but they insisted on an in-person interview. The first round with the hiring manager was professional. I was then invited for a second interview and asked to come in the next day, which was difficult given I'm working full-time. I managed to reschedule for the following week. Subsequently, another recruiter requested my references. I replied that since I still had a second interview scheduled for the next week, there was no need to contact references prior to that. My email was forwarded to three more recruiters, and eventually, they stated they wouldn't proceed without references. I provided them, and attended the second interview. In the end, I received a standard email stating they had chosen a different direction. My advice: professionally, if candidates attend two interviews, the least you can do is call them with the outcome or send a personalized email, not a system-generated one. Recruiters, you had no problem calling me daily with more questions and requests throughout the process. I expect a higher level of professionalism.

Behavioral Technical

Applied for a job and after two weeks got a screening interview request. The recruiter seemed rushed. A couple of weeks later, they asked for five references to fill out a survey before I even spoke to anyone from the department. I got my contacts to do it, and then had a phone interview (no video). The hiring manager also seemed rushed and asked some technical questions not directly related to the role. A week later, I received an auto-reply saying they weren't moving forward. The process felt disrespectful of everyone's time.

I applied online and then got a call back to schedule an interview. I interviewed at their administrative office. After waiting over a month to hear back, I was assigned to a branch that could accommodate my school schedule and was sent to training two weeks later. Training was a week and a half long classroom training at the administrative office with 2 days in a branch supervised by a trainer. Then I was sent to my permanent branch.

I applied online and then got an email with an assessment test, which I completed. After that, I got another email to set up a phone interview. I sent them my availability, and the phone interview was about 30 minutes long. They then scheduled me for an in-person interview for later that same week.
