I interviewed with two nice people, but it felt a little stiff because they just read questions from a list instead of having the conversational chat they said we would have when I arrived. They mentioned they'd get back to me by the next day, but I never heard from them, even after sending two follow-up emails. This same thing happened to two of my friends who applied for different jobs.

They'll email you to give a time frame for an interview and then set a date. They will email you directions. Once you get there, they will make you wait for a few minutes and then invite you into an office for the preliminary interview. Then there will be two more interviews if you’re selected: first with the team you will be possibly working beside and then with the VPs.
