Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was drawn out and commenced with a large panel interview of 7 and a tour of the facility. That was the final interview. I was told I would hear back in 4-5 days…. I heard nothing. I had to follow up. I was then apologized to and told it would be the following week. I was informed on Friday of the following week, by email, that air was not selected. It’s ok that I wasn’t selected but I was very displeased that after weeks of calls and communication that I had to follow up. And didn’t get the courtesy of a verbal response.
