Mechanical Engineer
The interview process kicks off with a phone interview, and if that goes well, you'll be invited for more. You'll meet with a few different managers and get a tour of the facility.

First, I had to do a 30-minute presentation for 7 people I worked with during my summer internship. After that, I interviewed with 4 different engineers. Each interview was about 30 minutes long, and they asked me basic engineering questions related to topics like beam bending and heat transfer.

After a quick tour, we had a big group interview. Some engineers, HR, business, and recruiting people were there. It was pretty relaxed with some jokes, but the questions got pretty serious sometimes. They were really interested in how we interacted socially.
