Buyer
The interview process was unprofessional. I was contacted for an interview but received no reply after the initial contact. I had to follow up multiple times. After the first interview, I was ghosted, even though the interviewer said they would schedule the next round. I don't recommend wasting your time.

Demand Planner
First, you send in your resume and cover letter. Make sure to highlight your experience, what skills you have, and why you're interested in working in the shoes industry. This helps the hiring team see if you're qualified and a good fit.
- Could you tell me a bit about yourself?
Supply Chain Analyst
Applied online and then had a phone screen to go over my resume. Had 2 interview rounds. The first was with the HR manager and the hiring manager. After that, I had an Excel test and a business case scenario. The second interview was with the director, VP of the support team, and the CFO. Seemed like making a good impression and showing enthusiasm for the company and role was key, as an offer came soon after.
- The Excel test was the hardest part, requiring us to use previous answers to solve the next question. Once you have the data for the final question, what are the pros and cons of each sample customer based on that data?
