The interview process was unprofessional. I was contacted for an interview but received no reply after the initial contact. I had to follow up multiple times. After the first interview, I was ghosted, even though the interviewer said they would schedule the next round. I don't recommend wasting your time.

Applied online and then had a phone screen to go over my resume. Had 2 interview rounds. The first was with the HR manager and the hiring manager. After that, I had an Excel test and a business case scenario. The second interview was with the director, VP of the support team, and the CFO. Seemed like making a good impression and showing enthusiasm for the company and role was key, as an offer came soon after.
