Everything went well and seemed formal. You need to have a basic understanding of the DMAIC method. The interviewer asked about my Excel and data management skills. I had to wait a long time to meet with the Group Head for the next stage.

Applied through JobStreet in April 2022. Had a phone interview with HR. Received an email for an interview in June, suggesting to take a full day leave. Involved an RTK test at security, followed by HR escorting to the office. Had to fill in an application form and answer a test. Was called for an interview while taking the test, with interviews conducted two people at a time per session. After the interview, HR requested a medical check-up at a Samsung panel clinic within one week and student verification from the university. Samsung called with a job offer in August, requiring acceptance within a short notice period. It was a long process.
