HR Intern
You can apply through LinkedIn or bdjobs. They'll shortlist candidates based on their preferences. Then there's an online assessment which includes an aptitude test and an MS Word and Excel test. Finally, there's a face-to-face interview.
- Were there questions based on your CV?
- Were you asked to analyze scenarios?
- How proficient are you with MS Office?
Software Test Engineer Intern
Applied through Bdjobs and got a call back around 2-3 weeks after the application deadline. Then there was a written test at the office which included MCQs and short questions. After that, I had a technical interview with two interviewers where I had to present my Bdjobs resume. Finally, an HR interview where an HR officer explained the facilities.
- Tell me about your problem-solving skills.
- What is the output of this code?
- How are your numerical abilities?
SQA Engineer
Applied and within 4 days, I got a written test. A week later, I got an interview. It's been 22 days since the interview and no update. Does anyone know how long it takes to hear back after the interview, or if they send rejection emails?
- The written test involved basic C language where I had to write some code for output, create test cases, and answer questions about automation tools and some analytical topics.
- The interview focused entirely on my project and included some analytical questions.
Software Engineer
So the first step was this gnarly coding test, took like 3 hours, you had to solve a problem and pass some test cases but you only got a few tries. If you're good at competitive programming, it's a breeze, honestly it wasn't that hard, just basic DS stuff like searching, sorting, bfs, dfs. Most people should nail it in an hour. If you pass that, you move on to the onsite interview, which is like half an hour with a bunch of interviewers and HR. They'll ask about your future goals, some easy/medium LeetCode problems, OOP, and finding bugs in code. After the interview, if you pass, you gotta do some medical tests, and they give you like three chances to do them.
- Solve easy + medium LeetCode questions.
- Discuss string-related data structures.
- Explain Object-Oriented Programming concepts.

The copy must have n new nodes, with values matching the original nodes. The next and random pointers in the new nodes should form a new list structure that mirrors the original's state, ensuring no pointers in the copy refer back to the original list nodes.”
Read report →“There are N fishing spots and 3 gates. Fishermen wait at each gate for the nearest spot. Only one gate can be opened at a time, and all fishermen from that gate must occupy spots before the next gate opens. The distance is calculated from the gate to the nearest spot, plus the distance to the closest vacant spot. What is the total sum of minimum distances all fishermen need to walk?”
