Behavioral Presentation

I applied through their website. The first round involved speaking with four different manager groups. They asked questions based on my resume to see if I was a good fit for the role. The interview itself wasn't difficult, but I got the impression that their work environment and culture are quite conservative.

Behavioral

The interview at Samsung in Manaus was smooth in terms of the environment and interviewers being welcoming, but the role demanded a lot — especially regarding the sales target, which was quite high and, in my opinion, a bit distant from the daily reality of the store. During the process, I noticed they highly value proactivity, persuasion, and experience with aggressive targets, which is understandable for a brand of this size. It was a good experience because it challenged me to think about sales strategies and talk about how I handle pressure, but it also made me reflect on the type of environment and targets I feel more professionally aligned with.

The interview process involved two essays, writing a press release, a script for an event, an interview, and a group interview that lasted 30 minutes. They asked about past experience, my sales high record, staff management, and product knowledge. They also asked about company background.
