It was a traditional interview process with HR, then a technical test, and then an interview with the Manager. There was also a medical stage, which was generally very disorganized and dehumanizing. I went through two processes for the company, one for Analyst and another for Inspector, both in the quality area. In the last process I did, I received positive feedback from the manager interview, which is generally the last stage, but then this medical stage came where I had to rush to very distant places and get my exams marked according to the forms they gave, only to be told in the end 'You were not considered fit to proceed in this position', with no further explanation. On top of that, their WhatsApp support is ridiculous, they rarely reply and if they do, they are rude. Overall, I don't plan to go through another process with this company anytime soon, which was only attractive due to its reputation, making me waste time, money, and two other job opportunities. This is due to the slowness, bias, and dehumanization in their service.

It took about a month and a half to get the interview set up with the company. A recruiter reached out saying they wanted to set up a second interview with the manager. The second interview was good; the manager was really helpful in explaining the job and was easy to talk to. After that call, I was scheduled for an interview with a 3-person panel. Unfortunately, the day before, someone close to me passed away, and I was still very upset and grieving. It was too late to reschedule, so I went ahead with the interview the next day. The first person I spoke with asked only 3 questions and seemed too busy to be interviewing. The next interviewer was very helpful and made me feel like an interesting candidate. The third interview was with the manager again, but in person. Overall, the interview process was welcoming and pleasant, and I have no complaints. I do wish I had been more focused and on my game because my mind was a bit cloudy at the time. The one thing I didn't like was that when I tried to get feedback from the recruiter after the interview, they wouldn't answer my emails. So, I'm pretty sure I didn't get the job after all this time.

I applied for this role through my college, and they actually invited me for a test, which they detailed would be on specific materials and in a particular programming language. The test was really tough, especially since it was scheduled just two days after I got the email and I hadn't programmed in two years. Surprisingly, I still got an interview offer even after I felt like I bombed the test. They mentioned the test was only a minor part of their decision, and they mostly relied on CV screening. The interview itself was in English with a friendly and engaging interviewer. We discussed my prior experience, my passions, and what I considered my ideal job. However, after this extensive conversation, the interviewer revealed they were offering me a Data Scientist position. Since we had talked about my interests, he concluded I wasn't the right fit for that role, despite being qualified, because I lacked passion for coding and data analysis, which he was seeking in a candidate. So, the whole 1.5-hour interview ended with an offer for a completely different job I didn't even know about, followed by a rejection for the original role. Pretty wild.
