The assessment centre had three parts: presentation, group work, and interview. The presentation was pre-prepared and was presented to two interviewers who then asked questions. A good knowledge of Samsung is required as they asked about marketing campaigns I didn't prepare for.

Behavioral Presentation

I went through several interview stages, including a call with HR, a meeting with the hiring manager, and then a product team discussion. While the interviews themselves weren't overly challenging, the role didn't perfectly align with what I was seeking. I opted out of the third round, which I believe was scheduled with the VP.

The interview process had 4 stages. First, an HR interview, then a test assessment to check basic logic and math skills. After that, a group assignment where candidates were split into groups, given a case study, and then presented their resolution. Finally, an individual presentation on "Why You Want To Join Samsung" for HR and Seniors.
