Behavioral Presentation

I interviewed with Samsung UK, and it seemed like a good opportunity. The process looked good, and I had a nice chat with the interviewers. After the interview, though, I didn't hear anything back - no updates, no rejection, no feedback. It's a bummer to be left hanging like that after putting in time and effort. I expected better communication from a big company like that. Candidates should get at least a quick follow-up, no matter what. I hope Samsung UK listens and makes their candidate process better.

Behavioral Technical

I interviewed for an office manager role at Samsung France via a recruiter. The initial HR chat was good, they said I was a top candidate. But then, the tech issues started. The first team leader interview had MS Teams problems, and they ended it after a minute to reschedule. The second interview also had echo issues on Teams. I tried to manage, even offered to stay late and reschedule. But there was no follow-up. The exec assistant said they'd reach out if they rescheduled, but they never did. I felt I didn't get a fair chance because of these tech and communication problems. They said they're working on candidate experience, but this was not it.

The interview process started with a resume screening, followed by a phone interview and then in-person interviews. There was a 1-hour technical interview. Overall, it was a good atmosphere to get involved in the interview process. Formal attire is recommended, but semi-casual would also be fine.
