I had 2 technical interviews, each lasting about an hour. The first one was with 2 verification engineers, and the second one was with 2 managers. They talked about the job and the company, and then asked me about myself. Each interview had a technical question that started simple and got harder as I answered.

The interview process went well overall, and they seemed focused on assessing my personality and eagerness to learn. They gave me a verbal job offer and mentioned they were preparing the official offer letter. However, on the day the offer letter was expected, they informed me that the candidate who had resigned from the position had rescinded their resignation, making the role unavailable. Fortunately, I hadn't yet resigned from my current job. This experience felt very unprofessional.
