I applied through campus placements. First there was a group discussion and then a personal interview. After that, there was a technical round and then the job offer. The recruiters were friendly, it was an amazing experience.

Behavioral Case Presentation

You'll be involved in our commercial activities, supporting Key Account Managers. This includes getting ready for client negotiation meetings and doing product range presentations during those meetings. You'll also conduct market analyses for Connected Objects and Accessories, looking at market share using GfK & Kantar studies and providing strategic recommendations. Competitive intelligence and "mystery shopper" field days are also part of it. You'll be responsible for tracking business performance tools, like analyzing stock and resale data for major clients (Darty, FNAC, Boulanger, Orange, SFR...). You'll calculate accessory attachment rates by category and client, and monitor how Samsung offers and content are promoted on our clients' communications and websites. You'll analyze sales performance for connected accessory products and suggest improvements. You'll also keep an eye on the connected accessory market and propose strategies to maximize sales opportunities.

Behavioral Other

This was one of the worst experiences. Everything seemed fine until the HR started asking about my husband and kids, whether I had them or not. I tried to ignore it and continue, but she insisted on an answer. I asked her what my family situation had to do with my work experience or professionalism, and she couldn't answer, just saying it's a common question. I was shocked to be asked such things in 2020 at an international company. After that, we ended the interview. I was told I'd get feedback in a few days, but it's been over two weeks and I haven't heard anything. Samsung Moscow should be ashamed.
