The interview process typically involves 3 to 5 rounds. Initially, there are one or two phone interviews covering introductions, work experience, and some programming questions. This is followed by one or two in-person technical rounds and a manager discussion (MD) round. Finally, there's an HR round, which is mostly for formality. There's no specific interview committee; whoever is available conducts the interviews.

The interview process started with a written test, which was followed by a coding round. Both of these initial rounds were quite easy, and I passed them. The subsequent face-to-face technical round was the worst experience I've ever had. The interviewer was very impatient, not giving me enough time to think or answer. They would interrupt me mid-sentence and then critique my code that I had just started writing. When I asked for clarification or more use cases, they just repeated the same question. It felt like the questions themselves, and the interviewer's approach, were unprofessional and didn't align with good coding practices. It's disappointing for a company to have such resources.

The first technical round focused on the basics of HTML, CSS, and advanced JavaScript, and included a machine coding task to implement these concepts. The second technical round was primarily about React implementation.
