First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sample Supports.
Business Operations Specialist
Samples Supports does a quick phone chat and some online skills tests, followed by an in-person interview. I got the job offer verbally over the phone just a few days after my interview. The whole thing was pretty fun and interesting. The phone interview was nice and informative, and the skills tests were really fun :) My manager, who interviewed me, is a joy to work with. She's super smart, has tons of experience and knowledge, and is really committed to her job and Sample Supports.
- Can you share an example of when you introduced a new process that improved the understanding of a task?
Solutions Architect
This was a tough but doable interview process. It's beneficial to prepare beforehand and have some questions ready. I went through several interviews, starting with a screening call, followed by one-on-one interviews and some other types.
- What motivates you to join this company?
Operations Coordinator
I had a phone call with the CEO to talk about my current job and how we could modify it to include more administrative duties, as there was a need to handle more operations for all of Crystal Joys' locations.

Employment Specialist
The questions were simple and straightforward regarding skills. The job involves working directly with individuals and managing their behavior. Must have a willingness to work in a high-demand job.
