I first spoke with HR about salary expectations, where I wanted to work, and the general company culture. Then, I had two interviews with the leaders of the department, who were great people. After that, I was given an assignment of questions to complete on Notion. I submitted my references, and after about three weeks, they made an offer that was $20k below what I asked for. Their health benefits are pretty disappointing for a healthcare company. I tried to negotiate, but they couldn't match my request, so I declined.

I went through 2 rounds of a 3 round interview process. The first round was with a recruiter and it was fine, they asked general questions. The second round was with the 2 managers. Honestly, I felt like they didn't really know what they were doing. They asked some basic, irrelevant questions, and some of them were repeats from the first round. They also kept changing what they were looking for in the role during the interview. I don't think they have a clear idea of what they need or want for this position. Based on my experience in healthcare marketing, I'd suggest avoiding this opportunity.

The interview process took months (3 months total). I initially interviewed for the Area Manager role and completed two interviews in July 2022. They continued to express strong interest but cited process delays. After waiting, I was contacted about a different position they felt was a better fit. I interviewed with another person for this role, but after waiting, I received a rejection notification via Indeed. This experience raised concerns about their professionalism and courtesy.

The interview process kicked off over six weeks ago when I was contacted by a third-party recruiter. I went through multiple technical stages and numerous interviews, both in-person and virtual, for an initial position, only to be rejected at the final moment. They then proposed a different, less appealing role, which I entertained since they expressed a strong desire to hire me. This involved starting the entire process over, including another three rounds of interviews. In total, there were six interviews spanning six weeks. The communication became inconsistent and seemed like a game, ultimately wasting my time and effort. The process felt inconsiderate and disrespectful, almost intentional. The company appeared sketchy and illegitimate from the start, and the recruiting department seems carelessly run by disrespectful individuals. I absolutely do not recommend wasting weeks discussing multiple positions with them, even if they initiate contact.
