My first two interviews went really smooth, but the third one did not go well. I believe that the during the third interview I did not prepare myself well and was nervous. I think the manager who interviewed me noticed.

The interview process covered both technical and soft skills, with a special emphasis on communication and HR-related abilities. Since the company utilizes Flutter and React, my second-year project involved using these technologies, which the CEO seemed very pleased with, especially my language skills.

So, for this Project Engineer role, I talked about my CAD drafting, structural analysis, and project management stuff. I made sure to mention cool projects like the Heritage Ranch in California and the Zojila Tunnel in Jammu and Kashmir. For those, I explained how I handled task sequencing, got the right resources, and even changed things up because of the weather. I also chatted about working with architects and other engineers, what I did during construction, and how I followed all the rules. Plus, I covered how I solve problems, pay attention to the little things, and supervised technicians. I think they liked that I'm always trying to get better and really care about doing a good job.

The interview was very positive. I felt quite comfortable throughout the conversation, which allowed me to express my ideas clearly and effectively. I'm happy with the outcome and believe I managed to communicate what I wanted appropriately.
