Had an initial phone screening that was pretty basic and easy, and then they scheduled an in-person interview pretty soon after. The in-person interview itself was a bit weird, I walked in and asked for the manager who was supposed to interview me. The associate I spoke with asked me what I was applying for, what other companies I came from, and what experience I had, which totally caught me off guard. Then they ghosted me after I followed up for two weeks.
