Applied online, then waited 2-3 weeks to hear back. Had a phone interview, and then after another 2-3 weeks, was invited for an in-person interview with my potential manager and two directors. Two weeks later, I had another in-person interview with the whole department, which included a mock scenario presentation with the VP. The whole thing took about 2 months from application to offer.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Present a mock scenario to the VP of the department.
  • Approach the VP as a prospective constituent, without any initial greetings.
