Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Salvatore Ferragamo.
Client Advisor
It was a pretty standard interview process, but the interviewer was really nice and patient. It lasted about an hour. The questions weren't too difficult, especially if you have retail experience, as it's very customer-focused.
- How do you handle stress?
Client Advisor
Very likable, authentic, and casual. They immediately created a pleasant atmosphere where you can feel comfortable. Additionally, a lot of emphasis was placed on transparency, and you could clarify all your open questions in the very first conversation.
- Why do you want to change your employer?
Client Advisor
The process usually has two to three steps. First, you'll speak with HR at the HQ in Italy. After that, you'll meet with the Regional Manager and/or Store Manager at the location. These calls are done via Skype. If you're applying for a role in the Germanic area, be prepared to interview in German. Ferragamo is a nice company. It depends on who interviews you.
- Can you tell me about the history of the Ferragamo brand?
