The first step was a call to get acquainted. I talked a bit about myself, and they explained the role and its responsibilities. They also went over all the benefits of the position.

I got a call about a week after applying, and then I had my interview a few days after that. I heard back with a job offer a few days post-interview. Sterling handled the background check, which was pretty straightforward and fast. After that, there was a four-day orientation for the company, and then I got to do a sort of 'try before you buy' with 6 shifts in different units to get a feel for them. They mentioned I could have more time for orientation if I felt I needed it.

I had an interview with SLBH. The manager asked good questions, set clear expectations, and answered my questions. During the second interview, the CEO shared her vision for SLBH. She was direct and honest about turnover, which I appreciated. She was enthusiastic about SLBH.
