Enforcement Officer
It's tough, but you'll get through if you say the right things. The technical tests go deep into what you know, making you show off your skills in coding, solving algorithm problems, and designing systems. Every question is meant to test the limits of your knowledge and how you solve problems, so you gotta think fast and be creative when things get intense.
- What's your take on the world?
- How do you collaborate with others?
Kitchen Team Member
Standard questions were asked. They wanted to know about my job background and if I could do certain tasks. They asked about my ability to work alone and with others. Also asked about hours and benefits. The manager was okay, pretty friendly. Overall, it was a decent experience.
- Have you worked in restaurants before?
Marketing Specialist
I interviewed with a local temp agency. It was a very unprofessional experience. The interviewer was dressed casually in jeans and a t-shirt and was distracted, talking to someone else throughout the interview. She didn't seem to take it seriously, so I just gave brief answers until I could leave.
- Tell me about yourself
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
- Why are you interested in this role?
Crew Member
I had a 10-min interview with the manager, then the next morning I had a 20-min interview with the GM. They said they'd call the next day about the job offer, and they did call two days later to offer me the position. Both interviews were fun and relaxed, and it was easy to talk to both the manager and the GM.
- What are your career aspirations for the next year?
- Describe a negative customer service experience you've had at a restaurant.
- Describe a positive customer service experience you've had at a restaurant.
