The interview process started smoothly with an initial HR screening where the questions were straightforward. I was told I would hear back quickly regarding next steps. However, after the interview, there was no follow-up communication. Even though I have reached out to the hr, I heard nothing back. The lack of timely updates in the process was disappointing and made it difficult to plan accordingly.

I had three video interviews. The first two interviews were focused on behavioral questions. The last interview also had behavioral questions, but it included a few questions about my coding skills. I spoke with a different person in each of the three interviews.

Behavioral Technical

It was a short, single interview, and I didn't have a phone screen. I spoke with two interviewers concurrently for about 30 minutes. They primarily asked about my resume and past work history. The atmosphere was pretty relaxed. Following their questions, they opened it up for my questions. I asked several, and we had a good conversation before it wrapped up. The entire interaction lasted less than 45 minutes.
