This was a summer job. They brought us in as a group and explained the general proceedings for about an hour. Then, they interviewed us one by one. Two people from the hiring team asked questions mostly about dealing with upset customers. We did a mock phone call. They said if you have even the slightest bit of people skills, you should get the job. There was also a computer typing test; you need to be able to type fast.
