When I interviewed, the interviewers acted like I already knew a lot about the specific job duties, more than I actually did. I really wish they would have gone into more detail about the position itself during the interview.

The interview was supposed to start 30 minutes after the scheduled time. It was pretty straightforward with two teachers and the principal asking questions. I didn't have to do a demo lesson. A lot of the questions were about discipline and classroom management.
