First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Salience TMS Neuro Solutions.
Nurse Practitioner
They did a phone interview, then a sit down interview with a few people from the company. After that, there was a final interview with the Supervising physician. HR was in touch the whole time via email and messages. It's a business-oriented company.
- Can you describe your current role and your career aspirations for the next five years?
Patient Advocate
The interview started with a junior person asking standard questions, then their boss took over and asked the same questions. She seemed uptight. I was asked some weird, personal, and irrelevant questions. After about 30 minutes, they said they'd get back to me but never did.
- Tell me about your relationship with your mother.
- What is your favorite color?
- What values would you prioritize teaching your children?
Patient Liaison
I applied and got a phone interview. About two weeks after that, I was called in for an in-person interview. The people I met with were really passionate about their work, which was great. They asked some typical questions, and we had a good back-and-forth conversation.
- Could you tell us a bit about yourself?
- What are your aspirations for your career?
- Where do you see yourself in five years regarding your career?
TC
I had a great first interview with HR, she was very informative about the company and its growth prospects, which made me enthusiastic about working here. Then, I interviewed with the director, who was very passionate about the patient care the company provides, and that interview went very well.
- Can you share your previous experience and what relevant experience you can offer to the company?
- What have been your greatest accomplishments and what are your aspirations for the future?
