Technical Behavioral

This was one of the worst interviews I've ever been through. The sales manager was at least trying, but the senior leadership person was condescending and seemed like they didn't want to be there. They would just talk down to you and sigh before answering. I ended up getting ghosted because I didn't even get a chance to reject them.

Behavioral Technical

The first 2-3 rounds were pretty good, but then I got to the 4th round with the hiring manager and it was a really bad experience. They were incredibly rude, questioned my integrity about my previous job, and claimed to know how my former company operated without listening to my explanation of my role or understanding my company. I felt completely unheard and it was just an off vibe. After that, the entire team ghosted me, and despite multiple attempts to reach out, I've heard nothing back. It was completely unprofessional.

Behavioral Other

The first call with the recruiter was positive, offering good insights. However, the subsequent interview with the hiring manager was disappointing. The manager seemed disengaged and uninterested from the outset, which was an immediate concern. Much of the interview involved rapid-fire questions without any conversational engagement or feedback. When the role was described, it became clear it involves frequent customer escalations and 'firefighting.' They also indicated a preference for candidates who wouldn't require management collaboration or support. Additionally, high-level technical skills are necessary. The manager's presentation of the role made it sound very stressful and offered no selling points. Given the manager's lack of personable demeanor, I lost interest before the interview concluded. To make matters worse, when I attempted to ask questions, I was interrupted, told time was limited, and assured a recruiter would follow up. The overall experience made me question their hiring intentions, especially considering the compensation was below market rates. I chose not to proceed further. I hope they can improve their interview process.

The whole process if you're qualified takes about 1 to 2 weeks. For me, it took a little over a week to get through all the stages and receive the offer letter. HR will let you know if you've been selected or not.
