Behavioral Case Presentation

I submitted my application online on a Friday and the recruiter reached out that very same day. We scheduled a phone interview for the next week to chat about the job duties and my work history. The recruiter was super organized and really understood what the hiring manager was looking for. After that first chat, I had another call with the hiring manager a week later to go deeper into the role's responsibilities. They mentioned they wanted to move forward, so the recruiter sent me a marketing task to complete before my in-person meeting with four people: the hiring manager, two of her team members, and a sales lead. The assignment was designed to see how creative I could be with spending marketing funds to get leads. The in-person interview, which lasted about 1.5 hours, also included a tour of the office. It was a really positive experience and definitely one of the most well-organized and prompt interview processes I've been through.

Behavioral Presentation

I had two phone interviews, first with the hiring person and then with the VP of Sales. It was pretty straightforward as long as you knew the company and their platform. The last interview was in-person and lasted about two and a half to three hours. It included a presentation which wasn't too difficult. I felt good about it, but then they said they were talking to other people. The interviewers could have been more clear about their interest in me. Also, the VP of Sales couldn't actually make it to the interview, which looking back, was a sign. Still, it was good practice.

Behavioral Other

I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn for this Director role. I was asked to review and analyze some documents before the interview. The interview itself was pretty casual, business casual with a jacket seemed to be the dress code. I felt I was well-prepared due to asking what I could do to prepare and what success would look like in the first 90 days. They made me an offer the very next day after the interview, which I felt was a good sign about the company culture.

Behavioral Technical

I had a phone interview where we talked about my experience and some general stuff. Then, I got a situational questionnaire that I had to send back in a few days. After that, they invited me for an in-person interview. It was 3 hours long and I met people from 4 different departments. It was kinda tiring because they kept asking the same questions, but it wasn't too bad otherwise.

Four people are at a river at night with a narrow bridge that can only hold two people. They have one torch, which must be used for all crossings. When two people cross together, they go at the slower person's speed. What's the minimum time for all four to cross the bridge?
