Behavioral Other

Got through 3 of 4 interviews with the client and liked them, but then the Sales First team just stopped responding. Bad follow-up, very unprofessional. After being ghosted by the Portland office, I had to contact the client myself, and they got back to me immediately.

It was a great process with 4 in-person interviews with the owner and the team. This whole thing helped me learn more about the company and figure out if I was ready to make a big career change. It also gave me a good feeling like I really earned my offer.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was solid. I got to meet leadership and different team members. The owner met me for coffee/lunch to discuss final details and give me a behind-the-scenes look at what I was getting into. They were very upfront about the good and bad parts of the job.
