The hiring process was really smooth, and the team was quick to provide feedback and let me know about the next steps. I talked to my Hiring Manager, then the CEO, and also met with the extended teams. Everything was really accessible, and they have a great energy and vision.

Presentation Behavioral

It was a three step process. We had an initial meeting, then a presentation, and finally met with the CEO/Founder. They were looking for someone to develop strategy within the team for global growth and how to achieve wider business integration. Interviews were scheduled one week apart, and they made a decision within two weeks.

Case Behavioral Presentation

First, there was a call with HR. Then, an interview with the future line manager. After that, I had to complete a 3-part case study (analysis, insight, open questions) following specific instructions (potentially in different languages). Finally, there was a last interview with N+2, a visit to the office, and a meeting with the future team. HR was available for discussions throughout the entire process.

Behavioral Technical

I initially applied, which was fine, and then a few weeks later I got an email saying the role was on hold. About a month after that, I heard back that the role was active again. A few weeks after that, before they would move forward with my application, they wanted to know my salary expectations. It didn't make a great impression that money was the first thing they wanted to discuss before even seeing if I was qualified for the job. Then, I was sent a request for a telephone interview and let them know my availability well ahead of time, but then they told me they couldn't do it anymore. At that point, and after checking some reviews, I decided SaleCycle wasn't the right fit for me.
