They conducted a direct interview, which I attended at a college in Pondicherry. There were 2 HRs. We girls, as a group of 5 members, attended the interview together with a single HR. When I inquired about the role, the HR mentioned there were no openings for the EEE sector, but if selected, we might be offered roles like quality tester or communication-related positions. I had filled out a separate Google form for the EEE branch during application.

The interview process kicked off with a phone screen where they asked about my past jobs and experience. They also wanted to know about my education and what my salary expectations were. We then set up a time for the on-site interview. After the on-site, HR got in touch a few days later to arrange for a drug test, background check, and to discuss the offer letter.
