It was a pretty straightforward process. The questions were basic standard interview questions, and the process was quick. I had mine in-person, and the interviewer seemed to care a lot about whether I had retail experience.

It was a group interview with multiple people in the room; it seems like they were just hiring whoever came in that day and signed up on indeed. There were multiple interviews, but it was overall a two-hour process and it didn’t need to be that long.

Group Behavioral Technical

The interview was in 2 parts. First was a group interview where we had to contribute answers. The second part was individual with someone who was obviously more difficult and judgmental, but not super hard. She was more interested in my experience and asked mostly practical questions, rather than psychological ones. This second interviewer was the one who received recommendations from the person in the group interview.
