It was a zoom interview. The interviewer was very easy to talk to. She detailed the job description. She talked about how the university cares about the students. However, they cannot pay more to the employee's since it's a non-profit school.

I applied for the position and then got an email two weeks later from the department chair to set up a phone chat. After a few days, they asked me to give a lecture to the department and students. I got the offer 3 days after.

It was a general interview. They'll assess your communication and management skills. Being punctual is crucial for moving forward in the process.
