I applied online via the SLPS website, which had a pretty thorough application. I got an email pretty quickly about an interview. They had a special interview day on June 28, and a week before that, I got an email and a call to set up my interview time. The interview itself went well, and I got a few offers the same day! By the following Monday, HR sent over my paperwork.

The interview included about 5 minutes of general conversation, followed by a 10-minute teaching demonstration, and then more questions for the remaining time. I was expecting a panel of 6 people, but only 2 were there. During the interview, one of the interviewers was distracted by her phone, which I later realized was a test to see if I'd address the disruption, something I didn't do at the time.

A recruiter let me know about the position and set up an interview within two days. I got to the interview 5-10 minutes early for my 11:30 appointment, only to find the candidates for 10:30, 11:00, and 12:00 already there. They had 30-minute group interviews scheduled for a position that needed to be filled right away, but they were running two hours behind schedule. It was very unprofessional.

It was confusing, when I was contacted I was asked to come to a group meeting about the available position. It turned out to be a panel of interviewers interviewing potential employees all at the same time.
