- What is your motivation for seeking employment with this institution?
Intern
The public announcement for the opening was made through resolution 0442, dated May 12th of this year. From that Higher Education Institution, they specified that seven of the 19 positions are for central administration departments, 5 for the Faculty of Economics and Administration, 4 for the Faculty of Humanities, one for the Faculty of Engineering, and the same number for the faculties of Tourism and Medical Sciences. To register and apply for this job offer, interested individuals must go to the Department's offices.
- How would you act in dangerous situations?
Marketing and Customer Insights Analyst
The interview process was quite unusual. The department head reached out first, expressing strong interest in my qualifications and suggesting I join Fulton. Shortly after, HR contacted me to schedule an interview at their main office in Lancaster, PA, which was a significant distance from my home. The interview itself lasted an hour, involving a candid discussion, and I felt positive about my chances of receiving an offer. I met with two interviewers and the experience went very well. Subsequently, I met with HR, discussed salary expectations (which they were happy with), and learned about the company's benefits, leading me to believe the job was essentially mine. I was informed I'd hear back the following Monday, four days later. However, this led to a prolonged wait, requiring me to make 8-9 calls over three weeks to get an update. During my ninth call to HR, I was finally told the position had been filled by someone else. This was surprising and disappointing, given how I was treated. I would advise other potential applicants against applying due to the poor treatment and the feeling of being insulted after traveling so far. Be cautious of Fulton.
- Can you tell me about the projects you worked on during school?
Resident Assistant
The interview is usually quick, around 30 minutes, and often takes place in Doyle Banquet. They typically ask behavioral and character-based questions. It's really important to think through your answers and have some prepared points, but also reflect on them for a better shot. From my experience interviewing and being interviewed, we can usually tell who's genuinely thought about their responses versus who's just saying what they think we want to hear.
- In what ways would you foster diversity on your floor?
