First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Saint Francis Health System.
Nurse
After I submitted my application two weeks ago, I was interviewed. The recruiter called me and invited me to interview with the nurse manager. They have a new building that might need a lot of nurses, so I'm interviewing for the med surg position there.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Registered Nurse
It was a pretty simple interview process. I first had a phone screening with the nurse recruiter. After that, they set up an in-person interview with her, and then I went to the floor to meet with the RN department manager.
- Can you describe an instance where you made an error and explain how you addressed it?
Registered Nurse
HR will reach out to you to set up an interview with them. Once that interview is finished and HR thinks you are a good match for the company, they will set up an interview with your potential future manager. They are very quick to let you know if you got the job or not and when your orientation is to begin.
- Can you list five of your weaknesses?
