Paraprofessional
Super easy. Just dress like you want the job and keep your fingers crossed. They'll give you a call for a phone chat, then an in-person meeting. You'll get a tour of the place.
- What action would you take if a child went missing while in public?
Human Resource Assistant
I had a short phone interview first, then an in-person one with the whole HR team. After waiting a month, I went back for another in-person interview, this time with both the HR department and the CFO. Both of these interviews were about an hour long. The whole experience was pretty bad because it's been over a year and I still haven't heard back, not even a rejection. You'd think with the CFO involved, they wouldn't have that many people left to get back to. It was super disappointing to be told I'd hear back 'next week' and then get nothing.
- On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your Excel skills?
Clinician
The interview was pretty chaotic and went by fast. They gave me a brief tour, showed me the areas where I might be working, and then I was on my way. It wasn't a tough interview. The panel was made up of a group of young women, which was great to see.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- What are your interests?
- What are your salary expectations?
Allied Health Professional
We'll start with a virtual meeting to chat about your background and see if you might be a good fit. If we both feel good about it, we'll meet in person for a tour and to talk more. We'll also tell you about the age group you might be working with. Then there's a week-long orientation for new hires.
- Could you share your experience working with children in schools or special education settings?
