After I applied, I had a screening call. Then there was an in-person or online interview where they asked about customer service and teamwork, and gave me scenario tasks. We talked about my availability. They explained the company culture. They gave me feedback, and if it was good and I accepted, they extended an offer. After that, I started.

It was an easy, simple interview. Had a nice chatty conversation with the managers. They asked general questions about my customer service experience and my availability to work extra hours and what previous experience I've had. It finished with a tour of the store.
