It was a really fast process. First, I had a chat with the recruiter where we talked about my skills and what I was looking for. Then, I met with the direct manager and a lead developer. After that, there was a meeting about a potential offer, and that was pretty much it.

The interview process involved 5 different interviews. A bunch of people from the department interviewed me across different levels. It seemed like everyone got a chance to meet and interview me. The whole thing took about 3 months.

A headhunter contacted me saying I was a great fit, which in hindsight was a red flag. I decided to proceed with the interview, but it became clear I wasn't the fit they were looking for. They seemed to prioritize industry knowledge above all else, despite me telling the recruiter this before the next call. I never heard back from the recruiter or the hiring manager.

I had a call with the recruiter, it was nice, they were super friendly and upbeat. Then I had a call with the CMO, which went well. After that, I spoke with the team. The overall experience was good, although I did have to wait quite a while to get a response.
