First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sagepath.
Architect
Had phone screens and then face-to-face meetings with some of the team members. They asked about culture fit and also had technical and non-technical questions. The team members involved ranged from junior to senior management, and they were very open about everything during the process.
- What skills are essential for this kind of position?
Team Manager
It started with a phone screen and ended with a face to face interview. It was the worst interview I've ever had, really nasty and disrespectful. I wanted to leave but that's not really me. I stayed with the clear intention of not accepting a job offer. I left after the interview and called my recruiter to let him know I wouldn't work there.
- Comparatively, buddies of mine have completed similar projects in mere days.
Front End Developer
I was contacted by a recruiter. The interview process was pretty easy. There was one phone interview where they asked regular HR questions and technical questions. Then there was one face-to-face interview. They asked basic html, css, and js questions. I had to code on a whiteboard.
- What is the box model?
Client Partner
The interview process was pretty straightforward. Everyone I interacted with was great and shared a lot of useful information and background on the company. I worked with a hiring agency throughout, and they were super helpful.
