The hiring process involved two phone interviews initially, followed by an in-person interview in Chicago. The entire process took about a month. The final interview was pretty laid-back, though the manager made a strange comment about my demeanor, saying I was too relaxed. I still got the offer.

After applying online, I had a phone interview. Then I was invited for a few in-person interviews, each lasting about 45 minutes. To find out the decision, I had to call them, as they wouldn't inform me unless it was an offer.

I interviewed for a Reg Affairs Assoc. Labeling role. First, there was a phone screen with the hiring manager. Then, I had an onsite interview with the labeling reg affairs managers, the director, HR, and the labeling team. It was pretty informal. The questions were basic. The whole process felt a bit disconnected and lacked a clear structure. A lot of the interview focused on the department's nonexistent training program and how busy they were. My take away was that it's a sink or swim situation with no training. The hiring manager was a bit up and down, sometimes encouraging and positive about the job, other times negative and condescending about the role or company. The team seemed alright. I got an offer, but I declined. The salary was low, but more importantly, I didn't want to deal with their management style and lack of onboarding.
