Therapist
The hiring process wasn't as in-depth as some other places. I submitted an application, and then I had an interview with HR. It felt quite corporate, like I was just another person being fitted into the system.
- Can you describe a time you interacted with a supervisor and explain how you managed that situation?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was nice and went through everything. I don't really have any issues. They were on time and acted professionally and answered all the things I asked. The only thing was the pay they were offering was way too low for the current economy.
- What are your strategies for managing stressful situations and resolving conflicts?
Scheduling Coordinator
I applied online and got a call two days later to schedule an interview for the next week. It was a great interview, very professional, and they asked situational questions. I was a bit worried about all the questions on constructive criticism, which made me think that's a common issue there. They also mentioned that after 90 days, I'd be 'promoted' to intake, which seemed like more work for the same pay. The pay was surprisingly low, so I asked if I could consider the offer. They gave me two days to decide. I turned it down because of the low pay, the stress, negative patient reviews, and some harsh replies from Nystrom to employees who left bad reviews.
- How would you deal with receiving feedback that is meant to help you improve?
ARMHS
I interviewed for a substance abuse position. I met with the Director three times, and although it seemed to go well, it was ultimately deceptive and disappointing. This happened repeatedly. All my documents, including my resume and letters of reference, were lost. My supervisor forgot the appointment and I saw him coming into work late in the parking lot, which was insane.
- Regarding hours, what can you tell me?
- What experience do you have?
- Could you describe your education?
